Student Enrollment
Welcome to the Tillery Charter Academy family!
Congratulations on your acceptance to TCA! Please read the information below carefully. You have two ways to complete your student’s enrollment, paper or online.
Please note, if you are selected in the lottery, you will have 10 business days from your acceptance complete ALL of your enrollment paperwork and subsequent required items or else you will lose your spot and be placed at the end of the waitlist per policy.

The NC Health Assessment form needs to be completed by the child’s physician if the student is any of the following: (Kindergarten, homeschooled students, any student new to NC, or attended private school). This form will need to be completed and turned in within the first 20 days of school starting.
If your student follows a religious view of immunizations and requests exemption, this form needs to be completed by parent before the first 20 days of school starting.
If your student needs to be given any medications during school hours by the school nurse. This form needs to be completed by a doctor.
If your student self-administers their medicine during school hours, then this form needs to be completed by a doctor, parent and student.
