Principal/Lead Administrator Position
The Principal will provide visionary and operational leadership for Tillery Charter Academy, overseeing both the in-person K–8 program and the virtual academy for grades 6–8. The ideal candidate will be a proven educational leader with experience driving student growth using classical education frameworks, CKLA, HMH, and Go Math! curricular programs, targeted intervention strategies, and data-driven decision-making. The Principal will cultivate a thriving school culture, strengthen family and community engagement, and ensure continuous academic improvement.
